Project Description

The Flight Club (vertimax training) is a periodized 6 week program which will potentially improve your vertical jump by 4-6 inches. We use the vertimax training system which is a tool used by most NBA, and college teams. This workout is also a great opportunity for football athletes to improve their athleticism.
  • Limited space is available (only 12 participants)
  • Ages 12 and up
  • You must be scheduled to attend in order to participate
Participants will improve their:

  • Agility
  • Foot Speed
