Tuck jumps are a great exercise to help improve your conditioning and jumping ability. It’s really important that you swing your arms upward when jumping and land softly to avoid injury. While in the air, try to bring your knees all the way up to your chest.
Recommended number of reps:
Allstar = 12 reps
Pro = 10 reps
Rookie = 8 reps
