Lunge jumps are a great drill to improve your leg strength and jumping ability. If you do these consistently, you’ll start to notice the improvement but you gotta stay consistent. Your legs will really burn but if you want to be great, that’s a small price to pay. I recommend keeping your arms behind your head because it will force you to work on your core and balance a bit more.
Recommended number of reps:
Allstar = 50 reps
Pro = 30 reps
Rookie = 20 reps
