Iceskaters are a great strength and conditioning drill. They will help you with your balance, stability and jumping ability as well. It is important that you push yourself to cover ground on each jump. You should also focus on bending your knee, not your back as you reach down to touch your hand to your foot.

Allstar = 32 reps
Pro = 24 reps
Rookie = 16 reps
Everyone should do at least 3 sets of this drill
