CURRICULUM

Every week the workout is slightly different but we always work on getting the players skills stronger so they can go dominate in games. There are 3 levels to each workout. Once a player is ready to move on to the next level, the coach will ask them to do a more advanced drill. Each station lasts approximately 12 minutes.

BALLER ESSENTIALS FAQ's

Yes, our programs are offered year-round. You can start in the middle of the month or at the beginning. If you start in the middle, the first month’s dues is prorated.

No need to bring a ball

No games. Strictly skill development

The number of kids varies however, a typical day is about 6-9 players and about 1-2 coaches. 

Parents are welcome to stick around and watch however, we’d prefer they just peak in and leave the kids to work.
