Ball handling drill…Scissors

Scissors are a great drill to improve your ball handling. Some of the keys are to stay low and keep your eyes up. If you can master this drill while staying low and on balance, your handle will certainly improve.

Recommended number of reps:
Allstar = 70 reps
Pro = 50 reps
Rookie = 30 reps

Everyone should do at least 3 sets of this drill
