Double cross between is a ball handling drill that will help you improve your ‘shiftiness’. It’s improtant that you move your shoulders side to side and take explosive steps as you make each move. The ball should stay below your knee the entire drill. In this drill, you are moving forward with every little step so make sure you have plenty of space to work.

Try to challenge yourself to do these as fast as possible without compromising your technique.

Pro = 35 reps
Rookie = 20 reps
