1 dribble behind drift is a great drill to work on your behind the back dribble. You should always try to keep your head up when dribbling the ball. Try to cover as much ground as possible on the drift and stop suddenly when changing direction.
Recommended number of reps:
Allstar = 50 reps
Pro = 35 reps
Rookie = 20 reps
