  • Contact lay up drill
  • Contact handoff drill
  • Contact rip drill
  • 1 dribble finish drill (30 seconds with 2 defenders)

Defense (Zone 2-3, 1-2-2 and 2-2-1)

2-3 zone principles (cover high post, force ball sideline, force ball baseline from the corner, deny the pass out of corner)

1-2-2 principles (trap on the wing, deny the hi post pass, deny the pass back to the top)

2-2-1 principles (Trap first pass, deny pass back to the inbounder, take away middle pass, safety should mirror the ball)
