During the summer time, if you are not working on your game, you’re getting behind. Players build their game during the summer by putting in long hours of WORK!

Here’s a little ball handling routine that will help you improve your handles and conditioning but just like any routine, YOU HAVE TO PUT IN THE WORK!

This routine should take about 15-20 minutes to complete, each time you complete it, you should get faster and faster.
